Latinia supplies its notification’s technology to BancoEstado acquires Latinia’s technology

Santiago, Chile, September 6th, 2017.– Latinia has just added BancoEstado to its client portfolio in Latin America with the acquisition by the Chilean bank of its Alert Engine event processing product and its SDP notification delivery platform. “Chile is a strategic market for Latinia and BancoEstado is a clear benchmark in the region, whom with our software we hope to accompany in the evolution of their multichannel notification’s offer, both current and future technologies, explained Daniel Aguilar, Latinia’s regional managing director.

“Nowadays a positive service experience is a must on the relationship you’re trying to build with your clients, and any interaction a window opportunity to achieve it, so they are each of the messages we send them. Being accurate in these communications will help us to strengthen our relationship with our clients, as well as to develop a positive service experience that will become a competitive advantage for the bank, “said Carlos Marcuello, Systems Manager at BancoEstado.

“Alerts are already part of the basic service offering of most financial entities, but as new notification channels emerge, customer contact points proliferate and the risk of inconsistent or irrelevant interactions increases, both in time as in content. From Latinia we want to help BancoEstado to grow in its multichannel notification offer taking advantage of our value proposition, which is devoted to work on the leading-edge notification’s scene, “Aguilar said.
