Products and solutions | Fluvius e-mail

E-mail has for some time become the main communication tool for companies with their customers and internal audiences. An extraordinary combination of powerful elements inherent to technology (low cost, immediateness) with a spectacular adoption by users (universality, ease of use), also together with the growing presence of mobile devices capable of managing e-mail in mobility situations, has turned e-mail into an unequalled channel. This channel is also gaining share of participation in communications that are increasingly becoming more critical for those organizations.

Not only does it grow in volume (quantity), it also does so in complexity and criticality (profile of services where e-mail is used, emerging use in transactional processes for authentication, services activation, etc…)

The organizations are facing, on the other hand, a logical set of problems adapting to a technologically changing channel (eSMTP, certified e-mails, trusted servers), requirements to adapt to new contents (HTML, attached data, digital signature), problems brought on by use and decentralized management (therefore affecting data storing), and the consequent demand to maintain high security measures among the applications and its exploitation.

The organizations are facing, on the other hand, a logical set of problems adapting to a technologically changing channel (eSMTP, certified e-mails, trusted servers), requirements to adapt to new contents (HTML, attached data, digital signature), problems brought on by use and decentralized management (with a scope covering storage), and the consequent demand to maintain high security measures among the applications and its exploitation.

Fluvius

At the same time as its huge potential, e-mail management is facing the need for an environment that guarantees an efficient and centralized use, with the capacity for technological adaptation and integration within the institution’s current business processes (where the product adapts the technology -the channel- to the customer systems and not the other way around).

That helps customers to use it -without risks- for tasks and processes of greater significance, relevance and value (customer’s request).

With these premises, Latinia has developed Fluvius, an infrastructure software product that facilitates formats and technology integration, secures the services being operated, unifies and standardizes messages sent, and has traceability and logging of all messages transacted, statistics, etc… This all has a unique purpose: to optimize management and improve the efficiency of a strategic channel for any multi-channel company.
